The Nova Scotia Department of Labour & Advanced Education is offering free, non-credit online courses in a variety of subjects. These courses are not affiliated with Open Acadia or Acadia University.

Payment Policies

Full payment is required before the start of the course.

 

  1. Cancellations received in writing by Open Acadia 10 working days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund.
  2. Acadia University reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel programs due to insufficient registrations or other unforseeable circumstances. Acadia University will make every effort to inform participants of any changes or cancellations at the earliest possible time.

Parking Information

Parking is available on campus at a charge. Parking fees are non-refundable.

There is no charge for parking on campus in parking lots after 5:00 pm.  However, if you are at a parking meter you are required to pay until 8:00 pm on weekdays. There is no charge for parking on campus on the weekend.

 

Inclement Weather

All courses will run unless Acadia University is closed. It is best to check the Acadia University (www.acadiau.ca) website for closure announcements.
