Acadia University students are invited to apply for a position as Counselor at our Summer Music Academy, which takes place this July. As a Counselor, you'll help organize activities for youths ages 10-18, and keep student groups on schedule throughout their day. The academy a busy but enjoyable environment, and you'll play an important role in ensuring that our visitors have a positive experience at Acadia.

On Friday, April 29th, Acadia University will welcome high school students from across the province to our Huggins High School Science Seminar. This annual event brings students together with engaging scientists representing many different disciplines. For students considering pursuing a career in science, this event is the perfect opportunity to get a better sense of what opportunities are available and what it means to be a scientist.
This year's presentations include discussions of pseudoscience, sports science, big data, and tidal energy. In a new spin on the event, we will be sprinkling clues throughout the day regarding a public health challenge in Nova Scotia. Using what they've learned about Data Analytics, students will team up to put the pieces together and solve the problem.
